The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. This gives consumers the opportunity to initially resolve disputes in connection with their online order without having to go to court. We always try to settle any disagreements with our customers amicably. However, we are not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration boards. We are also not obliged to do so.
